- Protecting the intellectual property of Verisign Global Registry Services used in the OpenSRS server at Tucows.
- Specifying the business terms and relationship between Resellers, Tucows, Verisign Global Registry Services, the Registry Operators and Service Suppliers, and ICANN.
- Outlining the terms under which the various aspects of the OpenSRS client and server software are provided to you for use within your operations.
