1)
From the Tools choose Options. That brings up the window where you put in your mail settings.
2)
Click on Getting Started and enter the following from your Account Information:
Real name: John Smith
Return address: jsmith@yourdomain.com
Mail Server (Incoming): mail.yourdomain.com
Login Name: jsmith@yourdomain.com
SMTP Server (Outgoing): mail.yourdomain.com
Check 'Allow Authentication'
3) You have successufully added an email account to eudora.
